Pierre-Yves is quite simply one of the “most gifted winemakers of his generation”, according to La Revue du vin de France. This is what this magnificent Chassagne-Montrachet will not have too much trouble showing you: it is both complex and deep, a real aromatic purity emerges as well as a lot of precision.
In the vineyards, the work is carried out in a reasoned manner, the soils are worked and no chemical weeding is carried out. When the grapes arrive at the cellar, they are aged in 350 liter barrels for between 12 and 18 months, with minimal intervention so that the wine reveals its terroir.
