A leading figure in the Palette appellation, Château Simone signs with this white a true model of breed and balance. 2007 presents ripe fruit supported by citrus notes, an ample and voluminous mouth, with a nice richness, the whole is underlined by a mineral trait and a beautiful acidity. It will gradually expand its exceptional bouquet towards aromas of apricot, honey and nuts. A wine which still has surprising aging potential for a white from Provence. The jewel of the appellation!
