On this vineyard, considered one of the largest in France thanks to its international reputation, Maison Chapoutier has created a beautifully crafted hermitage created according to organic and biodynamic principles.
This wine has a garnet color with purplish nuances, a nose of red fruits enhanced by touches of liquorice, and a palate with a round and elegant attack. The tannins are concentrated but remain supple and allow pairing with tender red meat as desired.
